Systems, Modified Bitumen Roof Systems, Sprayed FOAM Roof systems, Coating systems, Shingles, Tiles, Metal Roof Systems,
etc.
• Able to perform on Government Contracts, review and comply to bid documents, close-out projects on time and as specified.
• Experienced and educated in most all current commercial and industrial roof systems and manufacturer requirements.
• Highly skilled at leak detection and leak repair of roofs and building envelopes.
• Education of your staff on the “Six Steps to Roof Management” through classroom and on-roof training.
• Extensive Waterproofing experience for all above-grade concrete surfaces – walls, decks, parking lots, balconies, fountains and
elevator pit walls and floors.

• Installation of roof systems, waterproofing work, and repair & maintenance work performed at State Colleges such as University of
California- Irvine, and El Camino College, California.
• Installation of roof systems, waterproofing work, and repair & maintenance work performed at Local High School Districts such as
the Huntington Beach School District, and Santa Ana School District.
• Complete roof management for the Orange County Fire Department’s municipal facilities
• Experience with OSHPD requirements and project completion success.
