Complete waterproofing of structural concrete decking (main patio). Waterproofing work was performed using Pro-Seal polycarbonate based waterproofing system – Project included complete tear-off of existing light-weight concrete slab, waterproofing between slabs and pouring of new light-weight finish slab. Interior parking garage concrete repairs and finish work were also performed as part of this project.

Complete waterproofing repair of 77 structural concrete balconies on 12 story condominium complex. Waterproofing work included complete removal of all spalling concrete material from balcony faces, and installation of new high-PSI concrete material as correction.
