Bill Baley is the President and Owner of C.I. Services, Inc.  Bill has been active in the roofing and waterproofing industry since 1982 working with manufacturers and distributors, as well as some of the largest roofing companies in North America.  Bill founded his own roofing company in 1992, creating C.I. Services with a commitment to honesty, integrity, and quality work that has helped gain our customers' respect and their repeat business.

Bill strongly believes in educating our customers.  By educating them, we enable them to feel confident about their purchasing decisions and to trust us to do it right!  That education includes seminars for our clients (in the classroom and on the roof) to introduce them to new products, applications, and even new state regulations.

Bill not only partners with our customers through education, but also with our suppliers.  Our suppliers bring a great source of knowledge and experience to our team.  By partnering with them, we are able to work together to insure our customers are 100% satisfied with each of their roofing or waterproofing projects.

Last, but certainly not least, Bill cares about our employees.  He cares about their career, their life goals and their families.  It is important to him that everyone who works for C.I. Services continues to gain new knowledge and skills while earning a good living.  He knows that taking care of his employees ultimately means C.I. Services and its' customers are taken care of as well.

Bill currently serves as an Executive Board Member of the Western States Roofing Contractors Association (WSRCA), is a member of the Roof Consultant's Institute (RCI), the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), and other organizations that help him stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends.

Bill's life goals are to honor God and to honor his family while building a business that his employees are proud of and his customers can brag about.
